We do not use any BORAX, or E285 - that you will most likely find in 95% of caviar in the world. E285 is a highly toxic preservative that is not only preserving the product, and allowing you to later on repack the caviar (this is what most of European companies are doing with other sourced caviar, including a caviar that was produced in China itself), but it also kills every healthy benefit of caviar.
