The buononaturale focaccia owes its intense, decisive, and aromatic flavor to its origins: it is made from remilled durum wheat semolina obtained through the rigorous selection of grains and the use of natural yeast. Enjoy this simple focaccia as accompaniment to all sorts of vegetables and salami, or on its own. Our focaccia is tall, soft, and fluffy, being produced according to the ancient Apulian tradition of focaccia making. We offer it in three main flavors: classic, rosemary, and Mediterranean with tomatoes and olives; and several sizes from small to large.
