BROWN RIBE RICE Brown Ribe rice is partially processed, which preserves nutritional values, such as fibres, mineral salts and the bud, the noble part of the grain. HOW TO PREPARE: cook for 30 minutes, starting with cold water. Drain and serve hot with a drizzle of oil and grated Parmesan, or add to vegetable and legume soups. Thanks to the compactness of the grain, which keeps for several days in the fridge, it is also ideal served cold in rice salads.
