Connubium extra virgin olive oil is cold extracted immediately after the olive harvest. It has green tones with intense golden reflections. Production Area: Ciociaria area/”Alta Terra di Lavoro” (South of Latium region) Altitude: 450m a.s.l. Harvest period: October - November Harvest method: manual harvesting by shakers. Milling method: continuous-cycle crushing/milling process. Aroma and flavors: it opens up to a broad and refined nose with a pleasant herbaceous fruitiness of medium intensity. It expresses in its entirety vegetable notes of tomato, followed by clear notes of almond and aromatic herbs fragrances, mostly perceived in the final phase. In the mouth it offers a good fluidity, elegance and freshness. Well balanced bitter and spicy, it closes the taste with great cleanliness and pleasantness. Pairings: ideal with pulse soups, grilled meat, green salads and vegetable soups. Storage suggestions: keep in a dry and cool place, away from light and heat sources. Any possible sediments at the bottom of container are a guarantee of a natural product. Optimal storage temperature: 12-18 °C (54- 64°F)
