Olive variety: Frantoio, Leccino Description: extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted immediately after the olive harvest. Production area: Ciociaria/”Alta Terra di Lavoro” (South of Latium region) Altitude: 450m a.s.l. Harvest time: October - November Harvest method: manual harvesting, by shakers. Milling method: continuous-cycle crushing/milling process. Color, aroma and flavors: Green tones with intense golden reflections. Herbaceous scents, with hints of unripe Tomato, Thistle, bitter Almond and Oregano. Well balanced, it is an olive oil with medium-high intensity but also robust. Sizes available: 3 lt, 5 lt. Pairings: It goes well with red meats; it definitely enhances soups, salads and red wine. Storage suggestions: keep in a dry and cool place, away from light and heat sources. Any possible sediments at the bottom of container are a guarantee of a natural product. Optimal storage temperature: 12-18 °C (54- 64°F).
