ORGANIC AND DEMETER PASTA
Our organic and biodynamic flours allow us to produce in a organic artisan pasta maker healthy and delicious pastas with no additives: just flour, water and lots of flavour, that make it a first course of excellent quality. They use a slow drying process at low temperatures for over 20 hours, that preserves all the nutrients and organoleptic qualities of fresh-milled flours. This process makes our pasta more nourishing, easier to digest and more fragrant. The choice of using a see-trough packaging makes sure that the product is immediately visible. In our range you can find various pasta shapes: - gluten free made with rice or corn flour - gluten free made with legumes flours - gluten free made with mixed flours - traditional made with selected durm wheat It is produced in different long cut and short cut shapes packed in various sizes. On request we can also produce other shapes and customize the packaging.
