We don’t call it vinegar unless it has been rested in a stone pool for 9 months. We produce our vinegar by resting it in stone pools for 9 months without filtering and pasteurizing. We prepare our traditional fermented raw vinegar with the skins and seeds of organic wild mountain fruits. You can add Gurvita Organic Apple, Grape and Hawthorn Vinegar, which has countless uses and benefits, to meals, salads, drinking water and other healthy drinks.
