Smooth, embracing and balanced on the palate, with spicy and bitter notes. According to the vintage, it reveals the scents of aromatic herbs, freshly mown grass, almond, artichoke and bitter vegetables. Pairings The monocultivar Leccino oil is fresh, delicate and balanced. It is therefore ideal when served raw as well as cooked. Its almost neutral flavour is particularly suitable with delicate dishes such as baked fish and grilled poultry.
