Mamame Tempeh Chips are delicious, nutritious snacks made using black-eyed beans, tapioca flour and coconut oil. Tempeh is typically made from tapioca flour and fermented soybeans, and is a popular staple in Southeast Asia as a vegan, alternative protein. Because of environmental and dietary implications of soy, we've used non-GMO black-eyed beans to create our Tempeh Chips. The Barbeque seasoning on our all-natural Tempeh Chips are a mix of smoky spices that complement our crunchy snacks.
