The buononaturale black-summer-truffle flavored condiments allow you to address one of the main shortcomings of truffle, namely its perishable nature. After the UNESCO World Heritage practice of the caccia e cavatura, our truffle is dehydrated and transformed in semi-artisanal laboratories along the central-southern Italian Apennines. Combine it with first and second courses alike to make simple meals memorable. We offer it as a sauce, carpaccio, or aromatized extra-virgin olive oil.
