Alessandra Ricci Dessert is an emerging company in the production of semifreddo catering. The portfolio has more than 33 flavors in three different forms: sphere, stick and jar. At Speciality Food Festival Alessandra Ricci's portfolio will present the sphere semifreddo, a key idea in our atelier, of iconic geometric shape that comes with different fillings; a treasure to taste that will satisfy any palate and the ice-cream stick revisited with elegance and modernity while respecting the Italian tradition. Every single piece is handmade with natural ingredients and without the use of chemicals. The company has preserved the craftsmanship of the product and the exclusive use of the highest quality raw materials despite the large-production; this makes the product, beyond aesthetics, the real strength. The company aims to present the products overseas providing the main ingredients to prepare the semifreddo, respecting the quality and taste as handmade in Italy. A product designed to meet the needs of the most demanding customers, with particular regard to reduction of production costs and avoiding waste in kitchens and suitable to simplify and speed up the work of the staff and with the possibility of storing up to 6 months from the date of production.
