Uova Pascolo has been the first Italian company to produce Organic eggs and from the beginning it has been strongly focused on quality, the hens are free to scratch every day in 72k square meters of land in the hills of the Italian North-East. They live in small groups and with small sheds as a refuge in which classical music is played at 432 MHz following the principles of the musicotherapy of the Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto. The hens are free to choose the best for their diet, but always having at their disposal the Organic feed we formulated with local cereals that makes the eggs rich in Omega 3 thanks to the introduction of the Camelina Sativa, a plant unknown to many but with extraordinary properties. The result is a refined product, with a dark shell, golden yolk and a dense and compact egg white. The taste is fresh, elegant, with herbaceous hints and excellent persistence. These characteristics translate into an excellent performance in the kitchen especially for the most complex preparations. Our eggs are appreciated in almost 800 boutique shops and high-end restaurants in Italy and abroad. Limited productions and impeccable quality, for those who, like us, is settle only with the best.
