In addition to the traditional line, Elisa Food produces gluten-free pizza bases and pizzas, at room temperature, fresh or frozen. Elisa Food’s products are subdivided into: Pizzeria Fasce for gluten line Le Bonta di Edo for the gluten-free sector PL (private label) The whole range of products can be produced in private label for large companies, supermarkets, collective catering. A 4000 sqm wide production site, with plants designed to produce the best in both American Style and Stone Oven Baking Our keyword is ‘quality’ that means for us: · Natural leavening in 30 hours · High-quality flours · Organic products · Technological equipment to keep the product at room temperature for 6 to 9 months with no use of preservatives.
