Frigovicenza was founded in 2006 in the province of Vicenza. At the time, the founding members of Frigovicenza already had over twenty years’ experience in the world of refrigeration, managing, since the 1970s, the family company of logistics and cold storage for third parties. Alongside the family business, Frigovicenza was established as a company for the trading of fresh and frozen products. After a few years, the company decided to expand its business by introducing the artisan production of ice creams and sorbets, an activity that soon became the company’s new core business. Frigovicenza still produces and distributes “Gelato Tuttogusto” and “Sorbetto Niù”. More recently, Frigovicenza approached the bakery sector, with a particular interest in pizzas, thanks to an encounter with a master pizza maker with long experience. The company decided to lay the foundations for a new project: searching for the perfect dough to produce its own artisan pizzas and focaccias for frozen distribution. So, thanks to the skilful management of the cold chain by the members of Frigovicenza and the long experience of the master pizza maker, the team has devised the perfect mix of flour for the dough: the result is a frozen pizza that maintains the taste, the perfume and the genuineness of the product as just baked. In addition to the special mix of flours used, the product is characterized by the long leavening of the dough which gives the finished product a high digestibility. In addition, the product is handmade, i.e. every single pizza and focaccia is rolled out by hand and stuffed with carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality.
