Since 1975... ICAF was born from the passion and the competence developed in the production of high-quality coffee blends and benefits today of a solid experience handed down from generation to generation, thus taking care of the secret of its uniqueness. The constant search for new blends, with a unique taste and a higher aroma, gives the possibility to renew this passion and competence. Today this research raises a new proposal for a brand that, in the simplicity of its graphic lines, wants to communicate the evolution of this experience. An Italian history of work, values, quality, research and knowledge, a coffee’s History. It was the end of the 50s when Aldo Calore started to work in one of the most important Italian roasting companies. For him, it was more than a profession. It was a deep passion that led him to improve his skills in the coffee processing and production process. He became soon a reference person for those who already worked in the coffee field, contributing to the birth of many roasting. It was time to open his own roasting company. Since he was living some years before in southern Lazio where took place the decisive meeting with Franco Arduini and Giovanni Minotti. They were two fans, who were already working in the coffee industry. It is an important moment in their history: the birth of COFFEE ICAF, it was in 1975. They worked between the scent of coffee beans and they were able to recognize their roasting level from the color. They selected the green coffee beans' origins with love and skill. They lived very intensive years and they were aware that a significant ambition was quickly growing. They specialized and they started to supply the best products to cafes: taking care of every small detail.
