The story of La Cesenate starts 1949 in the Romagna region – a land that has always been ideal for fruit crops such as apples, pears, peaches, apricots, plums as well as vegetables like tomatoes. Over the years, La Cesenate acquired additional plots of land both in Romagna and Tuscany, which today are mainly used for organic farming. The continuous pursuit of the best quality, the desire to constantly innovate, scrupulous controls at every stage of the production process and respect for the land and for nature are the values that have guided the company in all its choices and have made La Cesenate one of the leading agri-industrial businesses in the Italian landscape. Today, we sell 40% of its products to Italian and international companies for the production of a wide range of food products, 25% to restaurants and 35% to retail clients with own brand La Cesenate, Hell Of a Taste and Alce Nero. Overall, 50% of our production goes to foreign markets, both in Europe and Asia.
