La Moutarderie Confiserie
In the 19th century, the former Poitou-Charentes Region, birthplace of gastronomy, was one of France’s main mustard-producing areas. In 1998, the chef pastry cook Jérôme Dumoulin created “La Moutarderie Charentaise” in Gourvillette. In developing his own mustard recipes, this entrepreneur has perpetuated a local tradition. In July 2018, Nathalie Courrèges took over « La Moutarderie Charentaise”.
