In occasion of Specialty Food Festival and solely for the local market, Liquorificio Val D'Aveto created “SMERALDI ZERO-ALCOHOL”, a premium selection of non-alcoholic drinks made in Italy from ancient recipes, refined according to the most innovative production technologies applied in a non-alcoholic infusion of natural herbs. In each bottles the result is exceptionally close to the original tasting drink obtained the conventional way, especially with the sense of satisfaction and warmth provided to the palate. In each SMERALDI bottles, bitter and sweet tastes are perfectly balanced, without excesses of tannin or sweetness. The line dedicated to UAE includes 3 bottles: TONICO N01: Ideal as a digestive after a meal or for experimentation as a mixer. STELLATO: after a meal drink, straight or as a dash in your coffee and as a singular ingredient in the preparation of semifreddo or baked desserts. GOLD LEMON: the best Italian Limoncello in a zero-alcohol drink which contains all the original aromas and colours of the lemons from which it is obtained. At Liquorificio Val D’Aveto we gave life again to "Liquorificio Fabbrizii ", a factory that produces and commercializes apéritifs and digestives made with Recipes passed down from the Belle Époque. Our great grandfather Giovanni Fabbrizii, coffee and liquor maker, at the turn of the century, created and sold with great success, a bitter and an aperitif that were delivered to the aristocracy and send all over Italy from Genova. The discovery of Giovanni Fabbrizii Notebook started our adventurous journey among flavors and emotions each one from a unique and special formula, 100% natural and made in Italy. Our family tradition continues in the lush Valley of the Aveto River, where we will gather the best botanicals for our products, to recreate those authentic sips that taste just like a long time ago
