Since 1977, the Consortium Lodi Export has been promoting the international growth of Italian companies, delivering promotion, consultancy and training services. At Speciality Food Festival 2022, the Consortium specifically promotes two of its associated companies, Alinor and Fieschi dal 1867. Established in 1975, Alinor produces plant-based drinks: almond, coconut, oat, soy, rice drinks, also in Barista edition; cream and béchamel sauces; rice desserts. Fieschi is an historical brand from Cremona city that features typical products as almond nougat (Italian "torrone"), mostarda sauce and natural fruit jams.
