Our mission is to create products of the highest quality, starting from the best ingredients produced by artisans and farmers of our land.
We want to restore value to an ancient craft through old-fashioned recipes, manual skills, technique and history to keep a tradition alive.
Our territory, Alessandria and Monferrato, is the basis on which everything is based, without it the products would not be the same.
Each of our products is the result of research, history, technique and care.
