The NOLANO company was born from a history of commitment and passion that has lasted for three generations. Work, sacrifice, and love for our territory are the values that have always guided our choices. For more than five decades, we have specialized in tomato production. The continuous search for the best varieties from Campania has led us to focus on processing the San Marzano tomato from the Sarnese-Nocerino area. Over time we have acquired unique know-how, becoming a leading company in the field. In fact, with more than ten thousand quintals conferred to the canning factories in the 2021 campaign, we have confirmed ourselves as the largest producer in the Consortium for the Protection of San Marzano tomatoes of Agro-Sarnese Nocerino DOP. Our action relies on two pillars: strong responsibility to the Earth and care and control of the product at every stage of the supply chain. Our inescapable commitment to the planet has led us to focus on organic cultivation. We pioneered the production of organic San Marzano DOP tomatoes in glass jars. Controlling production at all stages, from transplanting in the field to processing, allows us to offer products with high-quality standards. The ambitious goal we have set ourselves over time is to bring the best fruits of our land to the tables of restaurateurs and families. We process the San Marzano tomato using techniques that protect and enhance its characteristics to ensure that the richness of Campania's gastronomic expression is understood by all and preserved over time.
