It is from the passion for good things that the De Fenza Bakery and Biscuit Factory was born, a small laboratory created in Naples in 1979 by our father who, from a simple oven, quickly transformed it into a reference point for small and large distributors. A small company, capable of establishing itself on the market for ideas, competence and professionalism. From the dough to the packaging, we personally follow the entire production process, ensuring a safe and transparent shopping experience. For over forty years we have been bringing a handcrafted product throughout Italy, made with quality raw materials, according to ancient craftsmanship techniques. De Fenza produces baked products, conventional and organic, and biscuits typical of the Campania tradition.
