SCA is a food Industry headquartered in Emilia Romagna region, the center of Italian food valley. With history and experience of more than 30 years linked to the Mediterranean food and dairy tradition, SCA pursues its mission to develop technology solutions for the food industry and cheese production with ingredients based on the ancient Italian and Mediterranean cheese tradition to meet technological and environmental challenges of customers. SCA produces natural ingredients and processing aids for the dairy industry such as: milk proteins, processing aids for the standardization of milk and flocculation of the ricotta, selected starter cultures and enzymes for the coagulation; and generally, for the food field: milk proteins, caseins, powder cheeses, stabilizations systems and customized products. SCA SRL is ISO, HACCP, Organic and Halal certified. The ISO 9001-based quality management system and ISO 22.000 – HACCP food safety system, ensure the quality of all SCA processes, which are continuously improved and annually audited by an external certification organization.
